The Fearless Spirit Fashion Show and Charity Event was held on Sunday, November 7th at Storybook Studios. This event is the graduation of the Fearless Spirit Model Crew. This is the culmination of a 6 month process of building the self-esteem of 5 middle school and high school teen girls, who have been bullied and/or who have been struggling with their self-esteem.
The process proves to them, through professional, creative and fun photography, how beautiful and unique they truly are and how we should celebrate the things that make us different. With this event, they are challenged to be truly fearless and walk the runway!
Ticket sales were donated to help support the charity, 'To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA)', a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness for people who are struggling with mental health issues like depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.
I'm so proud of the amazing Fearless Spirit Model Crew: Addison, Avree, Emma, Ericka and Sydney. You all are amazing! I'm so glad I had the privilege of making art with you all. Patty will miss you, too.
