We had so much fun shooting these. I had them all dance and jump around, while I just kept clicking. My camera has a setting that will combine 3 images into one. One of their favorite parts about the Fearless Spirit program is the friendships they make. Throughout the 7 month process, we meet once a month for a photoshoot with all of the girls.
I have everyone involved with who I'm photographing...throwing hair, fixing props, etc. They do not get to just sit and scroll on their phones and they are not allowed to isolate themselves, either. I think Covid affected us all...made us want to isolate ourselves. It's called the Caveman Syndrome. For the first time ever, I started struggling with anxiety. I know A LOT of people are feeling the same way...especially teens. So, a big part of Fearless Spirit is being able to socialize in a positive and fun environment.
