Lauren's Senior Session - 

-Lauren's mom was one of my best friends in high school. When she asked if I could do her senior portraits, I was really excited. Lauren's mom was able to get permission from the owner of the property for us to photograph there. All Lauren wanted to wear was THE Red dress in her portraits. Lauren's mom also mentioned her favorite tree was near by...so I said, "Let's go see it!". It was a beautiful old Oak tree. It stood so majestic and strong. It was the perfect backdrop for Lauren. It reminded me of "Gone with the Wind".

Side note: We have a pretty fancy bathroom at Storybook Studios. It has a chaise lounge and ornate fixtures and, of course, portraits adorning the walls. Lauren cracked me up when she said, "I just want to make it on your bathroom wall!". Needless to say...her photo made it on the bathroom wall. :)
