Fearless Spirit Model Crew 2019
"Falling" Session
The Fearless Spirit Model Crew 2019 first session was the Falling session. I was approached by News Channel 13 about doing a story about my Fearless Spirit Model Crew. Originally, they said they wanted to follow the model crew for a 6 month series but it got bumped because of the Virginia Beach mass shooting. However, they still did a story about it from this first session. It was interesting to have a news crew at the studio while having my Fearless Spirit Model Crew session. So, there were about 20+ people crammed in the studio. Models, parents, makeup artists and camera crew. They interviewed a few of the parents and a few girls to find out why they were doing this program. Then, they interviewed me. I was fine until the reporter, Chenue Her, asked me why I do this...when I don't have any children of my own. I said I have a niece and a nephew, and the thought of them being bullied would break my heart. And...of course, I got emotional. I think I made everyone in the studio well up with tears. :) Chenue and the cameraman, Bono, were very sweet. They said it was such a pleasure to do such a positive story...they hardly ever get the chance to do that.

The news feature was great but I wish they would have showed some of the images from that session.
