I was approached by News Channel 13 about doing a story about my Fearless Spirit Model Crew. It was interesting to have a news camera crew at the studio while having my Fearless Spirit Model Crew session.
They interviewed a few of the parents and a few girls to find out why they were doing this program. Then, they interviewed me. I was fine until the reporter, Chenue Her, asked me "Why do you do this...when you don't have any children of your own?" I said, "I have a niece and a nephew, and the thought of them being bullied would break my heart." And...of course, I got emotional. I think I made everyone in the studio well up with tears. :)
Chenue and the cameraman, Bono, were very sweet. They said it was such a pleasure to do such a positive story...they hardly ever get the chance to do that.
The news feature was great but I wish they would have showed some of the images from that session.

The video below is the behind the scenes footage from that day. I created "dresses" for each girl and then they were challenged to jump from several feet up, onto a mattress. While falling, they had to "model" with their face. So fun!
I do not own the rights to this music.
