Keira lives in Richmond, VA. I LOVE photographing in Richmond. So, we arranged to do her session there.

First, we went to Maymont Park. Maymont Park was stunning, as usual. We photographed Keira in our black and cream lace dress, on a pedestal, she looked like she was in an Italian garden. Everything was blooming with bright, beautiful colors.

Keira is known to always have her headphones on. She's an artist and loves to draw. She has a very "edgy" look, with half of her hair shaved. So, it complimented the second look of her session, at the VA Museum of Fine Arts. The outdoor sculpture garden is amazing. My favorite artworks being, a giant head that is kind of a collapsed-3D and the Red Reeds, made out of glass. The color is spectacular!

The last look was at Belle Isle. Walking over the suspended bridge always makes me a little uncomfortable but the views are outstanding. Once on the island, we found a spot with old brick ruin walls. With the "blurple" dress on, her hair in a faux-hawk, Keira looked like a warrior. Her mom and cousin laughed a lot while waving the big dress, especially when it went over Keira's head. The weather didn't cooperate at the end...we got drenched but it was so much fun.

As we were leaving the city, there was a beautiful rainbow...perfect ending to an awesome day.
