Kirsten's family recently moved to Virginia from South Carolina. She had a hard time adjusting to the transition. She missed her friends and was battling self-confidence issues. Since I've photographed Kirsten and her family several times in the past (they lived in VA a few years ago), I couldn't wait to do Kirsten's personal Fearless Spirit session.

Kirsten loves to read so we had her sit on some oversized books. The black hat complimented the outfit, perfectly. I love that we paired her combat boots with the colorful blue flower dress. I was told that Kirsten really relates to the yin/yang sign. The Pagoda in Norfolk had a yin/yang sign made out of black and white rocks. So perfect!

Lastly, Kirsten loves the theater. So, for the perfect dramatic dress shots, I had her hold my oversized theatre masks. I love that during the Fearless Spirit Fashion Show, Kirsten walked the runway in the opposite direction of all the other girls...and totally owned it!! YES!! Be PROUD to be DIFFERENT and STAND OUT from the crowd!!! 

Kirsten really came out of her shell, the past few months. I really enjoyed having Kirsten on the Fearless Spirit Model Crew.
